Last updated: March 2025 - In force since: 1 September 2023 (revFADP / revDSG)
Protecting your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we process it and what rights you have under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP, also known as revDSG). Where visitors from the EU or the EEA are concerned, the same processing is designed to be compatible with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you actively provide to us. Through our contact and quote forms we record the following information:
- Name (first and last name)
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service requested
- Description of your request
In addition, technical log data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) is collected by our hosting provider as required for the secure operation of the website. This data is deleted after a short period of time.
3. Purpose of processing
We use the data you submit exclusively for the following purposes:
- Preparing and sending an individual quote
- Contacting you to arrange appointments or follow-up questions
- Delivering the services you have commissioned
- Measuring and improving our website and marketing activities on an aggregated basis
Your data is not used for unsolicited advertising and is not passed on to third parties for their own commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds under the revised FADP and, where the GDPR applies, under Art. 6 GDPR:
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request (offer, appointment, execution of the assignment)
- Our legitimate interest in operating a secure, user-friendly and measurable website
- Your consent, where required, for optional tracking and marketing tools
- Compliance with legal obligations we are subject to under Swiss law
5. Third-party processors
To deliver our services technically we rely on the following processors, who may handle your data as part of their services:
Resend (email delivery)
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend (Resend Inc., USA). Resend processes only the data required to send the message and provides appropriate data protection safeguards.
Vercel (hosting)
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes technical access data (IP address, timestamps) to operate the underlying infrastructure. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Mapbox (map display)
We use Mapbox (Mapbox Inc., USA) to display our service area on a map. When the map is loaded, technical data (such as your IP address) can be transmitted to Mapbox. Mapbox is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
n8n (internal lead workflow)
Lead data submitted through our forms is forwarded to an internal n8n workflow (self-hosted in the EU) so we can process incoming requests reliably and respond in a timely manner. Only the fields you submit yourself are transmitted.
6. Analytics, tag management and advertising tools
To understand how our website is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, we use the following tools. Where these tools rely on cookies or process personal data beyond what is strictly necessary, they are activated only within the applicable legal framework and, where required, with your consent.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to load and manage tracking tags. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal data, but it enables the tools listed below to run.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) with IP-anonymisation to analyse website usage on an aggregated basis. Usage data such as pages visited, duration and device type is processed. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Ads and Enhanced Conversions
We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) for online advertising and conversion measurement. Enhanced Conversions for Leads can transmit hashed contact details (such as a hashed phone number in E.164 format) to Google, so we can attribute quote requests to our campaigns while protecting the underlying data through hashing.
Meta Pixel (conditional)
On selected campaigns we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of ads on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel is only activated when the corresponding configuration is enabled, and it can transmit technical data (such as your IP address) to Meta.
Plausible Analytics
We additionally use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not store personal data. Plausible only processes anonymised, aggregated data (for example page views and country of origin) and does not build individual user profiles. More information is available at plausible.io/data-policy .
7. Retention periods
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law. Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the assignment plus the statutory retention periods under Swiss commercial and tax law (typically ten years). Analytics data is stored for the standard retention periods of the respective tools.
8. Your rights
Under the revised FADP (and the GDPR where applicable) you have the following rights:
