Spraylining - spray coating for bends and branches
Spraylining coats your pipes from the inside with a seamless protective layer - trenchless, fast-curing and suitable for nearly all pipe types.
What is spraylining?
Spraylining is an innovative, trenchless pipe rehabilitation procedure in which a remote-controlled spray robot applies an epoxy resin coating several millimetres thick precisely to the inner wall of the pipe. The procedure permanently seals cracks, joint leaks and porous wall areas - without a single spadeful of excavation.
Unlike the inliner method, spraylining adapts optimally to complex pipe geometries: bends, T-branches and fittings are coated just as reliably as straight sections. That makes spraylining particularly valuable for older properties with grown, branched sewer networks.
Greentech Solutions uses certified two-component epoxy resin products that meet all applicable requirements for waste water pipes. After coating you receive a complete report including coating thickness measurement and material certificates - as evidence for insurers, authorities and property records.
So funktioniert es
Unser bewährter Prozess - transparent und effizient von Anfang bis Ende.
- 1
Camera inspection
TV camera survey to record the pipe condition, damage pattern and inner wall structure as the basis for the spray coating.
1 - 2
Cleaning
High-pressure cleaning and mechanical preparation of the pipe inner wall - for optimal adhesion of the coating.
2 - 3
Spray coating
An automated spray robot applies the two-component epoxy resin coating evenly across the entire inner surface of the pipe.
3 - 4
Curing time
The coating cures within a few hours. The pipe can be returned to service much faster than with other rehabilitation procedures.
4 - 5
Final inspection
Final camera check, coating thickness measurement and handover of the rehabilitation report with material certificates.

Häufige Fragen
What is spraylining?
Spraylining is a trenchless pipe rehabilitation procedure in which a spray robot applies an epoxy resin coating several millimetres thick evenly to the inner wall of the pipe. The coating seals cracks and porosity, protects against corrosion and restores full functionality to the pipe.
What is the difference from the inliner method?
With an inliner, a hose is pulled into the pipe and lines it. With spraylining, the coating is applied directly, similar to spray-painting. Spraylining is particularly suitable for fittings, bends, branches and pipes with complex geometry that are hard to reach with an inliner.
What does spraylining cost?
The price depends on the pipe length, diameter and extent of damage. You receive a quote before dispatch - no hidden costs. Because of the short curing time and the absence of excavation work, spraylining is often more economical than the alternatives.
Which pipe types is spraylining suitable for?
Spraylining is suitable for concrete, stoneware, cast iron, steel and plastic pipes. Bends, T-fittings and branches can also be coated. The minimum diameter is DN 80, depending on the equipment used.
How long does the entire rehabilitation take?
The actual spraying work takes only a few hours, depending on pipe length. Including preparation and curing time, the pipe is usually fully operational again within 1 to 2 days.
Where is spraylining NOT the right solution?
For heavily deformed pipes, large-area breaks or structurally weakened lines, a coating is not sufficient. In that case we recommend an inliner or a point repair, and we tell you so openly after the camera survey, before you order anything.
